The Wine:

VINIFICATION: it is carried out in compliance with EU Reg. 203/2012 which regulates organic winemaking. The newly ripe grapes are harvested by hand and pressed whole with soft pressing. The fermentation takes place at a temperature of 16-18 ° C in steel tanks. The wine is left for a certain period in the tank to refine on the fine lees before being bottled.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

- Color: ruby red with violet reflections

- Smell: it is characterized by its enveloping and fruity scent, which

evokes morello cherry and raspberry, and complemented by slight spicy notes of

black pepper.

- Taste: rich, ample and velvety, with good structure and persistence

aromatic, with typical austere but polite tannins.
