The modern snail farming system, rational and created in the name of full naturalness, tries to maximize the potential they possess and that the territory offers.
The snails are bred exclusively in a natural cycle and fed with selected vegetables and irrigated with water from the local spring. They are also kept in safe pens and in controlled environmental hygienic conditions.
The goal is to offer a safe and high quality product, considering that the snail possesses:
