Panettone with candied chestnuts and gianduia chocolate covered with chestnut cream and dark chocolate: Fiasconaro binds the sweetness of chestnuts and the delicacy of gianduia chocolate. The naturally leavened dough is enriched with candied glazed chestnuts and pieces of gianduia chocolate and covered with a double glaze of chestnut cream and dark chocolate.
The panettone is enclosed in an elegant colored tin by Dolce & Gabbana.
Ingredients : wheat flour, candied chestnuts (15%) (chestnuts, sugar, glugose syrup), butter, sugar, chocolate coating (9%)(cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa: 60% min.), chestnut cream (9%)(chestnuts (45%), sugar), fresh eggs, gianduia hazelnut chocolate (6%)(sugar, hazelnut paste, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla extract), yolk from fresh eggs, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), chestnut paste (1%), Piedmont chestnut honey (1%), milk flake chocolate (1%)(contains milk and soy), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavor.
