DELICIOUS BAR OF CHOCOLATE OF MODICA IGP ENRICHED BY THE INTENSE FLAVOR OF THE WHOLE SALT OF TRAPANI: BRING TO THE TABLE A TASTY AND UNIQUE SICILIAN SPECIALTY
The grains of whole salt contrast with those of the sugar that often remain intact in the bar, as required by the cold processing of Modica chocolate. This apparently bizarre mix instead gives pleasant and incredible sensations on the palate. The salt selected by Luchino comes from the historic salt pans of Trapani, Sicily, where it is still harvested according to tradition. A surprising taste for a tablet that speaks of Sicily.
In the artisan chocolate shop Luchino the famous Modica Chocolate is produced according to ancient tradition, with certified ingredients of the highest quality and according to the IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) specification.
The raw material is cold worked, this gives Modica chocolate its particular graininess and allows to keep intact the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the cocoa beans.
The delicious bar is vegan and gluten free.

In his laboratory in Modica, the city of chocolate, Gianluca Rizza returns to be the little Luchino who, playing with organic cocoa from the cooperatives of Peru, creates a unique chocolate in the world. The Luchino chocolate is born thanks to the selection of top quality ingredients, organic and certified raw materials from controlled cultivation systems, without the use of pesticides and chemicals. Each handcrafted bar is different from the other, it has its own story and its own sensory journey. Bitter cocoa, raw cane sugar and spices bind to each other, while cold processing gives chocolate its particular grainy texture. This is how Luchino made organic, vegan and gluten free chocolate because no one should deprive themselves of enjoying chocolate!
