The extraordinary Moscato of the Vinci cellars is a fortified wine produced with Moscato Bianco and Giallo grapes, whose vines have particularly adapted to the pedoclimatic conditions of our generous and fertile land of Sicily.

Winemaking: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (16/18°C); After the first 5-6 ° of alcohol during alcoholic fermentation, ethanol of wine origin is added up to about 16 ° to block the fermentation process and to preserve most of the sugars and aromas of the must
Color: Intense golden yellow with coppery reflections
Smell: Intense and harmonious, with pleasant and pronounced notes of yellow peach, orange and mandarin peel, dried figs and dates
Taste: Ample and sweet nectar, full-bodied and with great structure, with a pleasant return of aromatic notes
Alcohol content: 16,00% vol.
Sugar content: 140 grams/liter
Wood aging: Minimum 3 months
Maturation in bottle: Minimum 1 month
