The Garden of withering of Borgo Guarini, with its fruits, offers unique and unrepeatable emotions and experiences that come to touch the heartstrings. The Ochre of Firriato is an extremely pleasant wine and characterized by components of freshness and flavor enclosed in a bouquet that releases fruity and floral aromas, where overbearing aromas of orange peel, rose and honey stand out. Ochre is a sweet wine characterized by a raisin base, not added with alcohol or aromas. Once the right degree of ripeness has been reached, in the first ten days of September, the grapes are harvested and left to dry on racks. From this process a sweet and delicate wine is obtained, never cloying and endowed with the marked aromatic elegance of Zibibbo.
