The extra marsala plum jam and mint is produced according to artisanal methods and with 100% fresh fruit. Without the addition of gelling agents or pectins, it has a dark, compact, pulpy color and a fruity scent. The taste is intense and persistent, with a pasty structure that contains traces of pulp and peel. Ideal to eat at breakfast for a correct energy intake or as a main ingredient for tasty pies. The addition of Marsala Fine gives that unique touch that balances the flavor.
Plums are a fruit rich in vitamins, minerals and fibers, precious for the skin and eyes, they provide our body with potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus and magnesium. The presence of fibers allows to improve intestinal function by regularizing it and in addition they are detoxifying and diuretic. In addition, Sicilian plums are a valuable aid against fatigue and allied against osteoporosis.

Everything is cooked under vacuum and at low temperatures to preserve the taste, smell and fantastic color of the fruit.
