The Agrirape company was founded by the Manna family in 1955. From generation to generation, typical Sicilian products are rediscovered and promoted and their biodiversity is safeguarded.
The farm Agrirape produces by hand, by hand and with passion all its products of extreme quality, choosing only natural preservatives to preserve their genuineness and nutritional properties.
The strong point of the company is the artisan production of jams and marmalades that are made without the use of pectin, dyes and preservatives, but only with the use of a few simple ingredients: fruit, sucrose (little, from beet or cane) and lemon juice. Everything is cooked under vacuum and at low temperatures to preserve the taste, smell and fantastic color of the fruit.
