Panettone with candied pineapple and apricot covered with icing and pistachios, wrapped by hand.
The sourdough is enriched with fresh sweet candied fruit.
Ingredients : wheat flour, pineapple cubes and candied apricots (20%) (pineapple, apricots, glugose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid), butter, sugar, fresh eggs, yolk from fresh eggs, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), Sicilian honey, invert sugar, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Marsala PDO wine, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavors: vanilla pods.
Glaze (11%): (egg white from fresh eggs, sugar, rice flour, apricot kernel flour, modified starch, flavorings, pistachio paste) granulated sugar (2%), pistachio (Pistacia vera L.) (2%).
May contain traces of nuts.
