For bakery products Fiasconaro uses only the natural leavening of sourdough, a slow and patient process – up to three days – which offers undoubted benefits, including better digestibility of proteins and intense aroma, with a particular flavor and fragrance.
The ingredients are carefully selected favoring the typical productions of Sicily, from pistachio to oranges, from Modica chocolate to apricots, from almonds to the precious Manna delle Madonie. A continuous search for ancient and genuine flavors, authentic expression of the peasant tradition of the island, combined with the strictest control of the requirements of each supplier and every single supply.
