Panettone with raisins covered with icing and almonds, wrapped by hand.
The sourdough combines its softness with the crunchiness of the hazelnuts creating a perfect combination.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, raisins (18%), butter, almond glaze (11%) (sugar, egg white from fresh eggs from free-range hens, rice flour, almond flour, modified starch, hazelnut paste, flavorings), sugar, fresh eggs from free-range hens, yolk from fresh eggs from free-range hens, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), grain sugar (3%), hazelnuts (Corylus Avellana) (3%), "Marsala PDO wine", orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, "Terre Siciliane Zibibbo liquoroso IGP", cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavors: vanilla pods. May contain traces of other nuts, soybeans and lupine.
