Ingredients: Sicilian almonds (Amygdalus Communis L.) (35%), sugar, Sicilian honey (9.5%), glucose syrup, pistachio (Pistacia vera) (3%), egg white, natural vanilla flavor.

That of the Fiasconaro family is a story that begins in the fifties in Castelbuono, a small town in the Madonie Park in Sicily, and in Castelbuono remains. A story written since 1953 by his father, Mario Fiasconaro, who from a small ice cream parlor in the main square of the village builds over time a thriving activity in the field of pastry and catering.
The ingredients are carefully selected favoring the typical productions of Sicily, from pistachio to oranges, from Modica chocolate to apricots, from almonds to the precious Manna delle Madonie. A continuous search for ancient and genuine flavors, authentic expression of the peasant tradition of the island, combined with the strictest control of the requirements of each supplier and each individual supply.
