The almond crunchy, which in Sicily is called "nougat", is one of the best known, appreciated and traditionally cooked at home. Luchino prepares it with care and respecting the recipe and the quality of the raw material. It starts from the selection of real Sicilian almonds, typical cultivation of south-eastern Sicily, and the most delicate and fragrant orange honey provided by local beekeepers. The result is a tribute to tradition and a pleasure for the palate.
Ingredients: Whole peeled Sicilian almonds 60%, orange honey, cane sugar.

In his laboratory in Modica, the city of chocolate, Gianluca Rizza returns to be the little Luchino who, playing with organic cocoa from the cooperatives of Peru, creates a unique chocolate in the world.
