The particular taste of ginger, so fresh and lively, adds taste to chocolate and gives it new properties. Ginger is in fact indicated to promote digestion and eliminate swelling. A piece of Modica ginger chocolate, at the end of a meal, is therefore a healthy (and not only greedy) habit. Spicy and with an exotic taste, the ginger used by Luchino is selected among the best oriental qualities.

In the artisan chocolate shop Luchino the famous Modica Chocolate is produced according to ancient tradition, with certified ingredients of the highest quality and according to the IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) specification.

The raw material is cold worked, this gives Modica chocolate its particular graininess and allows to keep intact the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the cocoa beans.

The delicious bar is vegan and gluten free.
