In the latter, the flower of salt is collected manually with special nets and accumulated in a single pile in the square adjacent to the tanks.
The flower of salt stops in the square, suitably protected from atmospheric agents, where it gets rid of excess water and dries.
The fleur de sel is taken manually and flavored with the addition of 4 types of ground pepper in quantities equal to 7% of the product.

Onda Di Mare was born from decades of experience and work in the marketing of exclusively Sicilian salt. And it is in the salt pans of Trapani and Paceco that the salt flower is born, a product that is formed when particular atmospheric conditions occur and originates from a delicate and thin crust on the surface of the water. Another aspect is also very important: the salt flower, not being processed, always keeps intact all the properties present in sea water.
