SICILIAN RECIPES

Sicilian cuisine, as you know, is distinguished by tasty, fragrant and colorful dishes; however, some preparations could be particularly complex and that is why we have prepared some operational "facilities", both through the use of specific preparation kits, prepared by us for the purpose, and the use of some kitchen accessories selected for you.

You will find in the catalog the following assembly kits:

SICILIAN CANNOLI

KIT contents (Sicilian ingredients only):

- 6 ready-made crispy waffles

- sweetened sheep ricotta cheese ready

- chocolate sprinkles

- pistachio grain

- candied fruit toppings

They will only have to be assembled and enjoyed.

SICILIAN CASSATA

KIT contents (Sicilian ingredients only):

- pre-cut sponge cake

- ready-made syrup

- ready-made sweetened sheep's milk ricotta cheese

- chocolate chips

- candied fruit

- almond paste already cut

- icing

- spatula

You will only need to assemble the base, heat and spread the icing with the spatula provided, and garnish according to the pattern with the ready candied fruit.

RICE ARANCINE (RICE BALLS)

Kit contents (Sicilian ingredients only)

- sicilian rice

- sicilian saffron

- ready-made condiments of your choice (*)

- utensil for assembling the arancina

- batter preparation

- breadcrumbs

All that will be needed is to assemble the Arancina following the instructions, store it for half an hour in the freezer and then dip it in the provided batter (to be dissolved in water along with the eggs) and then dip it in breadcrumbs (two rounds of breadcrumbs), then dip it completely in 180/190° evo oil, preferably Sicilian evo oil.

(*) Ready-made condiments are sufficient for the preparation of 4 arancine and come in two packages: the first (below in red) containing the ingredients or instructions for cooking the rice, the second for filling (according to the instructions):
