Kit contents (Sicilian ingredients only) - sicilian rice - sicilian saffron - ready-made condiments of your choice (*) - utensil for assembling the arancina - batter preparation - breadcrumbs All that will be needed is to assemble the Arancina following the instructions, store it for half an hour in the freezer and then dip it in the provided batter (to be dissolved in water along with the eggs) and then dip it in breadcrumbs (two rounds of breadcrumbs), then dip it completely in 180/190° evo oil, preferably Sicilian evo oil.
