The Fagone company was founded in the 80s and began to cultivate the famous Giarratana onion from the slow food presidium. Today the company, in addition to producing delicious Giarratana onion preserves, produces other typical Sicilian products such as eggplant pate, chilli pate, green and black olive pate, capers pate, pickled capers, dried tomato and dried tomato.
