Pasta filata cheese with verdello inside and presented with the typical expectation of provolone with string. Cheese with a consistent color from white to ivory, with smooth rind and fragrant aroma with a fragrant flavor and semi-compact paste that make it perfect for its use in many recipes.

The product can be used as an ingredient, in food preparations, but also consumed raw as in the most typical Italian tradition of cheeses.
