Panettone with fresh candied orange and raisins flavored with "Marsala DOP" and "Terre Siciliane Zibibbo liqueur IGP" wine, hand-wrapped and made following the classic recipe.
PDO stands for Protected Designation of Origin. The peculiar quality characteristics of PDO foods depend in whole or in part on the geographical environment in which they are produced.
With this brand, therefore, both territoriality and respect for production methods are guaranteed, thanks to which an inimitable product is obtained outside that specific production area. Moreover, in addition to all the stages of production, all the phases of transformation and processing of the products must also take place in that specific geographical area.
PGI stands for Protected Geographical Indication. To obtain the PGI mark, it is sufficient that even one of the stages of production, transformation or processing of the product takes place in a specific geographical area.

For bakery products Fiasconaro uses only the natural leavening of sourdough, a slow and patient process – up to three days – which offers undoubted benefits, including better digestibility of proteins and intense aroma, with a particular flavor and fragrance.
The ingredients are carefully selected favoring the typical productions of Sicily, from pistachio to oranges, from Modica chocolate to apricots, from almonds to the precious Manna delle Madonie. A continuous search for ancient and genuine flavors, authentic expression of the peasant tradition of the island, combined with the strictest control of the requirements of each supplier and every single supply.
