Naturally leavened panettone with chocolate chips covered with icing, wrapped by hand, of excellent quality!
Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, almond glaze (11%) (sugar, egg white from fresh eggs from free-range hens, rice flour, almond flour, modified starch, flavourings), fresh eggs from free-range hens, chocolate chips (10%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), yolk from fresh eggs from free-range hens, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), granulated sugar (3%), hazelnut paste (2%), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavor.
May contain traces of other nuts, soybeans and lupine.
