Grouper with capers in olive oil, handcrafted and handmade. . The natural and genuine flavor gives the dishes a touch of authentic Mediterranean flavor.

Ingredients: Grouper (70%), olive oil (26%), capers (3%), sea salt.

May contain traces of molluscs

Uses: Excellent as a cold second course, combined with salads, boiled potatoes, raw vegetables

Capers and Cucunci (caper fruit) are PAT products obtained from a spontaneous suffruticosa plant. The leaves are roundish and fleshy, alternate and green. The flowers have white petals. Fruits are berries. The caper on the market consists of floral gems.

The floral buds not bloomed are dried in the sun then when they are dehydrated they are put in salt or vinegar, in glass jars, to be preserved.
